Belmont new build

At Electron, we take pride in delivering top-notch electrical services for new home construction. Our latest project involved the complete electrical work for a newly built four bedroom ranch. After the original home was demolished, our team meticulously wired the entire property, ensuring the installation of state-of-the-art lighting fixtures. The result is a illuminated and electrically sound residence, offering both safety and modern convenience to its new owners.

Roca Remodel
This 1926 countryside house underwent an full remodel, merging historic charm with modern upgrades. It now boasts all-electric upgrades, including smart outside lighting, which illuminates the home's architectural details and provides energy-efficient elegance. The design, framing, flooring, cabinets and trim were done by James Scott Construction.

Livestock Barn
For the livestock barn, we installed a complete weather-proof electrical system featuring protection from livestock and the ability to power wash the interior. Every receptacle is equipped with GFCI protection to ensure the safety the animals, people and the equipment. The system also includes an emergency shutoff switch on the outside for added safety. Additionally, we ensured sufficient lighting on both the inside and outside of the barn to provide clear visibility in all conditions. This setup provides reliable, durable, and safe power throughout the barn, ensuring it operates efficiently under all conditions.

Shop Lighting Upgrade
We upgraded this shop with energy-efficient LED lighting. The new fixtures provide bright, clear visibility, enhancing safety and productivity while reducing energy consumption.
Storage Unit Lighting Upgrade
We recently upgraded the exterior lighting energy-efficient dusk-to-dawn lighting. This system ensures the units are well-lit during the evening and nighttime hours, providing enhanced security and visibility for customers accessing their storage. The new lighting setup automatically adjusts based on natural light conditions, offering a reliable and hassle-free solution for the facility's exterior. Additionally, we converted the overhead service to an underground system, ensuring a cleaner, more reliable and visually appealing power supply.
